How to improve employee performance


A recent study of Fortune 500 companies demonstrated that an incapacitating amount of information costs a firm $1 billion in lost productivity per year.

In a typical 8 hour working day an average employee is productive for approximately 6.0 to 6.5 hours per day. A recent poll of 181 people showed that the most productive time of day was in the morning between 9:00 and 11:00.
